Vintage shopping has recently become one of my favorite things to do in my spare time and while that can be challenging to feature on the blog due to the fact that if you love something you can’t go out and pick it up. However I when I bumped into this vintage Christian Dior trench while frolicking vintage shops around town, I knew it was going down. The truth is there are about 3 types of items that every vintage, thrift and consignment store have; Trench Coats, Pea coats and blazers. Peek around your local shops and you never know, you just might pump into a gem like mine. Use a non designer trench to complete your look or just find it online like I have linked above. Layer the trench over your favorite bold blazer or sweater and pair it back to denim and a nice shoe to keep it modern, polished and elevated. Rock this look to work on a friday, dinner with friends, or shopping around town.
Silver hair has been on my radar for over a year now but I have always been too scared to lighten up my hair for the fear of having it all break off but with the turn of the new year I knew it was time to shake things up. Trust me when I tell you it was a PROCESS. I’m sure as you can image going from almost black to light grey borderline platinum took some time. Hiding under hats was my best friend for a week straight. It’s taken me some time to get use to since I’ve never had my hair this light but I’m getting there. What do you guys think? Do you love the silver hair trend? Let me know on Instagram @ChristianCraven
